【研究方向】生物信息学/信息挖掘/基因组学/表观基因组学;长期致力于小麦/节节麦/拟南芥/油菜等植物的基因组学/转录组学/表观基因组学等相关研究,参与组装并分析了多个作物的基因组,如小麦TGACv1,小麦IWGSC v0.4,节节麦Aet_MR1.0,小麦chr3DL等;同时,致力于生物学与计算科学交叉领域的定向信息挖掘,生物信息学技术平台的搭建/编程/应用,利用自定义编程开发生物信息学新流程/新工具(https://github.com/lufuhao)。目前,主要集中于以下几个方向:1)作物基因组学;2)多倍体化进程中基因的表达与适应;3)表观基因组学对多倍体化的贡献与影响。
