主要研究方向:
棉花抗病基因的筛选及抗病机制解析。
棉花黄萎病是一种土传真菌维管束病害,严重影响棉纤维的产量的品质。棉花抗病遗传资源的缺乏和黄萎病菌生理小种的多样性和变异性都严重制约了棉花抗病育种的研究和发展。本研究通过对已释放的棉花抗病相关转录组、蛋白组及代谢组数据进行重分析和交叉比对,从中挑选可能参与棉花抗病反应的候选基因,并利用病毒介导的基因沉默(VIGS)技术对候选基因进行抗病性鉴定。通过筛选,一共得到了24个调控棉花对黄萎病、枯萎病和灰霉病抗性的候选基因。这些基因分别参与棉花次生代谢、激素响应、活性氧ROS调节和细胞程序性死亡PCD等各个方面。本课题组利用CRISPR等技术在棉花中突变和超量表达了这些候选基因,并进行了进一步的功能解析和抗病分子机制研究,以期望通过此项研究,为棉花抗病育种提供理论基础和候选基因,并创制新的棉花抗病种质资源。
